Well I thought for those who actually still check my blog I would put on some new pictures. Taylor is 5months already and Hailey is 2 1/2 YRS. Taylor is so smiley and a very happy baby. She enjoys watching Hailey and laughing at her. Hailey is a good big sister. Well that is all for now.

Wow it is hard to believe that two months have past already. Taylor is doing very well, 13lbs and sleeps great! Hailey is enjoying the holiday season and made her first gingerbread house, she did great and we had alot of fun doing it!

Our Friends are realistate agents and they sold Paul Brant's house so they did a private concert for them and we were lucky enough to get an invite. They had face painting, pettting farm, hay rides for the kids. Hailey had a great time and enjoyed the concert, I think we are turning her into a country music fan.

We were at the beach at Lake Chapperal on the Aug long weekend with all our friends. Hailey started to get over her fear of sand. She hates to walk on the sand but we got her to do it and she actually played in the water. The big boys had fun making sand castles with the kids too.

Hailey was a bad girl, she got into the bum cream and got it every where. The carpet is wrecked so we have to keep an area rug there. I guess mom learnt her lesson too, not to keep things in arms reach of Hailey. It was a mess! I would have to say this is the worst thing she has done so far, oh well that is life having a kid.

We spent a week at the farm after the cabin with Granpa and Grandma Switzer and we took lots of pictures in the canola field. Hailey looks like a farm girl. We sure had a great two weeks of holidays, maybe too long to be away from daddy but he survived.

Hailey and I spent a week relaxing at the lake and enjoyed every minute of it. Hailey loved the water and quading with Grandpa. She sure loves her Aunties and Grandpa and Grandma too.

Hailey's 2nd Birthday party. She was so cute, right into her party singing Happy Birthday to herself all day and saying "it's my Birthday". Every time she opened a present she said " oh cute!" Ya, she is too cute, we had a great party with all her friends at our place. Thanks everyone for coming!

Our First Camping trip with Hailey. She loved it and she even slept better in a tent then at home, must of been the fresh air. We went to Prairie Oasis near Hanna with some friends in June. We loved it so much we are planning to do some more this summer.

Hailey had her first camping trip on sat in our back yard. We slept in the tent for the night and Hailey did great, she slept all night. Mom on the other hand had to go to the bathroom at 4:00am and I was hurting to bad, I went inside to sleep in my own bed. Ya, I don't know how well I am going to do this summer in a tent. Hailey is going to love it. It was a trail run this weekend b/c we are going out camping with some friends in 2 weeks, we are excited.

May 14th and snow! Look at our tree, the branches have fallen right over b/c the snow was so heavy on it. Matt has brushed off the branches already. I hope we get some spring weather soon, it is almost the summer. oh well, it is a typical Calgary snow fall in May.

Matt decided he wanted to paint the trim of the house a different color from white, so he got jungle green which doesn't look too bad. It sure changes the look of the house. Hailey was busy watching Daddy making sure he didn't fall off the ladder.

Mommy finally had a friday off and I beautiful day it was, so Hailey and mommy went to the zoo. We had a great time Hailey would say " Mommy look at that!" She loves the play area too.

Matt has been busy painting the kitchen and Hailey's new bedroom this weekend. We are liking the new colors, it is a green colour in the kitchen and a purple colour in Hailey's room. Now next is working on finishing the bathroom and bedroom downstairs for guests, we got all the supplies this weekend at Totem now we just have to go hard at it amongst Matt's studies, which are going well for him. Last weekend we went on a road trip to Great Falls, Montana to do some shopping. It was a busy weekend shopping all day on saturday. The kids are sleeping in the van after a long day of shopping. We had some grumpy husbands and kids.

Hi, for those of you that don't know, we are expecting another baby around October 16th. We are very excited and I am sure that Hailey will be too. We are busy now trying to get our basement done so that we can have a guest room down there and we can move Hailey into the other room upstairs. It is all coming along as we have the time. Matt will be starting school for 8 wks starting on April 23, so that will be a chnage for him but he is looking forward to it. Ya so that is what are plans are for awhile.

Well, I stayed home today from work, Hailey started throwing up all evening last night til 11:00pm, I didn't get much sleep. I wasn't sure what Hailey would be like today, but she is feeling better, eating a little which is good. It was a nice day to lay around and have a good afternoon sleep. I am off to work tomorrow, so hopefully it was only a day flu.

Erin and Brad came to visit us the first weekend in March and we went to the Olive Garden. We had a great experience, we managed to get a table in 15min and Hailey enjoyed coloring and getting spagetti. We did some shopping, we just had a great time seeing them and hanging out, relaxing!

We went to the farm on Family Day weekend and had a great time with the family. Hailey got her first skidoo ride and I think she liked it, she also loved sledding with Auntie Erin. She loved loved the cows, she was saying "cows, silly cows" all weekend. She still talks about Grandpa's cows. Richelle Suter cut Hailey's bangs, so now she can see again, they keep growing so fast. It was nice to meet Erin's boyfriend, I hope we didn't scare him away with all the excitement this weekend, well we will see him in a week and get to know him better with not so much going on. Well, another week, I am in a course the next two days so Hailey is going to have another sleepover with Grandpa and Grandma Isaac on friday night, she enjoys it and so do they!

Merry Christmas! We are opening presents on Christmas morning at the farm. Hailey was so excited, she got a Dora backpack and doll from mom and dad and lots of socks! She also got a cool vest from Auntie Raelene and a kitchen center from Grandma and Granpa Switzer along with many other presents. Yes we are all truelly blessed this Christmas. Hailey unfortunately was sick the entire time we were at the farm with tonsilitis, which was not much fun for her or us. We are glad she is finally better.

Dec 23, 2006, we had Christmas with Matt's parents. Hailey and Grandpa are opening a book that Grandpa is to read to Hailey when she has sleep overs there.

She is talking like crazy now, absorbing so much now, I will say a word to her and she says it back pretty clear. She says Bye Bye to Ruger before we leave every morning and when we get into the garage she is saying Ruger. She loves her dog. We are having fun this holiday season and Hailey has discovered candycanes, she loves them. We are having fun trying to keep them on the tree and the decorations. She gets to be in her first Christmas concert this sunday and she is going to be a shepard or angel, we have to come up with the custome,it should be cute, we will take pictures and then right after we are off to our dayhome ladies place for bunch and an ordament exchange it should be alot of fun. well, I hope you are all enjoying the Christmas season!

Happy Halloween! Hailey is a cow, she goes around says moo when we ask her what a cow says, it is so cute. We went to Boo at the zoo on sat with friends, Kyle, Anita and Lynden, the kids got to wear their costumes and then they wore their costumes on Halloween and ran around the house playing and helping hand out candy at the door, it was cute! Hailey has an ear infection so we didn't take her around to the neighbours.

Oct 7,2006, Darren and Sara Isaac. They got married in Grande Prairie,AB. Hailey was the flowergirl and Matt was the bestman and MC. It wasn't planned for Hailey to sit on the step she just want there and sat there was a while. We had a great time, we are so happy for them and wish them the best in a lifetime of happiness together.

Well another week has past, a not so fun one. Hailey has had the stomach flu for a week. Today is the first day she is better and starting to eat solid food again. She still doesn't really want to eat much but that will come, I am just happy to see a smile on her face again and hear her giggle. Mommy also got sick last fri and sat and daddy on Sunday, but we are all better now and ready to move onto other things. We are looking forward to seeing auntie Erin and Uncle Darren and Auntie Sara this long weekend.
